Фигура сигнализирует о том, что силы продавцов заканчиваются и покупатели вскоре перехватят рынок. Фигуры медвежьего и бычьего поглощения работают только в условиях ярко выраженного бычьего или медвежьего тренда.

Если после зеленой свечи появляется большая красная, то тенденция, скорее всего, развернется вниз. Как показывает практика, это довольно сильный сигнал на смену направления.
